Hospitality first and foremost

From the first greeting at reception to the shuttle that takes you to the beach: at Sfinal Residence, everything is designed to ensure you feel welcome and pampered at all times. Our hospitality is discreet yet always there: we give you all the freedom you want, with the support you need, whenever you need it.

Guest services:

  • Reception open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Check-in from 10:00 a.m. (access to the apartment guaranteed from 4:00 p.m.)
  • Check-out by 10:30 a.m.
  • Free shuttle service to the beach, with non-stop rides during dedicated time slots

Other comforts:

  • Free on-site parking (1 space per apartment), unattended
  • Mini-market in front of the apartment hotel
  • Wi-Fi available in the shared areas of the holiday village

Beach relaxation, just a stone's throw away

It's beach time. Peschici beach can't wait to welcome you to your new haven of relaxation.
It lies one and a half kilometers from the apartment hotel, but our complimentary shuttle service allows you to reach it comfortably in just a few minutes. You'll find everything ready and waiting for you: a beach umbrella and two sun beds included in your stay, crystal-clear sea, and a lot of peace and quiet. The agreement with Villaggio Grotta dell'Acqua gives you access to a well-kept, spacious beach, perfect for children as well. We'll give you your beach pass at the reception, where you'll also find the shuttle schedule, running several times a day.

  • Beach umbrella + 2 sun beds reserved for each apartment
  • Free shuttle service at set times (morning, noon, afternoon, evening)
  • Beach pass handed out at reception
  • Beach facilities at Villaggio Grotta dell'Acqua
  • Direct access to the sea from our cliff

Optional extras:

  • Beach umbrella in the front row: + €6.00
  • Beach umbrella in the second row: + €4.00
    (to pay directly at the beach)

What you need to know:

  • The beach is 1.5 km from the property
  • Beach umbrellas must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure
  • Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the shared areas of the partner holiday village

Two pools surrounded by nature

Are you more into training swims or do you prefer to relax with your feet in the water? Whatever your mood, we have something for you. Two pools, with one thing in common: they're both surrounded by green pine trees. One has a panoramic view, perfect for soaking up the Gargano breeze and sunshine, while the other is more intimate, close to reception, and ideal for families with children.

Rules are simple and designed to ensure peace and safety for everyone.
And in the summer months, don't miss the child-friendly pool activities.

Pool services

Opening hours:

  • Panoramic pool: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. / 4:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
  • Small pool (near reception): 9:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. / 4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

Rules:

  • Swimming caps and showers are mandatory before entering the pool
  • No diving, playing with balls or air mattresses
  • No running along the pool edges

Summer bonus:

  • Entertainment and pool activities for children (from late June to late August)

Entertainment and time to enjoy together

Here, days never follow the same pattern. Children run between the beach and the pool, meet up at the mini golf course or in the games room, and dive into creative workshops, games, and laughter that become memories.
There is entertainment, but it never takes over: it sets the tone for summer with just the right light touch, leaving you all the freedom you want.
As evening sets in, the lights come on in the holiday village: a magic show, a musical evening, a canvas that comes to life among the paths. Every now and then, art stops to rest with us. And you can choose whether to watch, participate, or simply let yourself be surprised.

For little ones and families:

  • Entertainment from late June to late August (ages 3–15)
  • Beach, pool, and on-site activities

For summer evenings:

  • Cabaret, live music, magic shows
  • Evenings planned for spending time together, without rushing

Your four-legged friend is welcome

Paws in the pine forest, noses in the air, and tails wagging everywhere: yes, even your dog will feel like it's on vacation here.
We welcome pets! Just let us know when you book, and we'll make sure they feel right at home.

What you need to know

  • Pets are allowed on request, at an extra cost
  • They're not allowed on the beach or in the shared areas of the partner holiday village
  • They must be kept on a leash and follow the coexistence rules
  • The management reserves the right to assess each case individually based on the type of pet
